Return and Exchange Policy
The products sold within the RDS Skate Supply site are subject to our Warranty Policy. We go to great lengths to ensure all of our products adhere to a high standard of quality. If you have concerns regarding an item, or items, you have purchased please email our Customer Service team at online@rdsskatesupply.com within 14 days of original purchase. Goods must be returned to us unworn, with all original tagging intact and attached, with the Return Authorization number we will provide to you. Once returned products are inspected and accepted, we will contact you to initiate an exchange. Sorry no refunds, exchanges only.
Undeliverable Orders
It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to accept delivery of products ordered on RDS Skate Supply. We do not ship to PO boxes; all shipments are dependent upon availability and payment approval. Delivery companies shipping on our behalf will make multiple delivery attempts and will contact you by phone. If goods are returned to us the order will only be shipped out again at the additional expense of the user. Additional duties or other expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
